Referrals are processed during regular business hours. Please
allow five working days prior to your scheduled appointment. Seeking
a referral after services, unless an emergency, is considered
a non-covered service.
* We will not refill a prescription
if you have not taken your original written prescription to your
renew your prescriptions, please contact your pharmacy. Your
pharmacist can notify our office. We ask our
patients to allow 24 hours to process refill requests. If possible,
please call your pharmacy three to four days before your prescription
run out. Some medications will require periodic check-ups for
appropriate monitoring. In such instances, you will be required
to make an appointment to receive a new prescription.
